Minute Left offers a 7-day free trial so you can fully evaluate the App before paying. If you still aren’t happy after buying, here is how refunds work. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
You may request a full refund of your one-time purchase within 14 days of the transaction, for any reason. After 14 days, refunds are at our reasonable discretion — for example where the App is faulty or not as described.
Email hello@minuteleft.app from (or mentioning) the email address used at purchase, or contact our payment provider Paddle directly via Paddle buyer support. Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, and refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
We aim to confirm refund requests within a few business days. Once approved, the refund is issued by Paddle; it may take several additional business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
When a refund or chargeback is processed, the associated license is deactivated and the App returns to its locked state at its next entitlement check.
